SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

We ship by express courier within 3 working days from the date of payment received for most of the products in the catalogue. Each item has different production times indicated in the description.

All shipments are entrusted to the main couriers: GLS, BARTOLINI, DHL.
Delivery in Italy is expected within 24/72 hours depending on the delivery location.
In Europe outside Italy, delivery is expected in 48/96 hours, while for shipments outside the EU customs clearance times must be considered.

Upon request we also offer delivery to the branch or collection point of the courier used closest to you. 

It is advisable, where possible, to indicate a shipping address where the courier can always find someone for delivery so that the goods do not go into storage.
If the presence of someone at your home is not always safe, it is better to indicate delivery to your workplace, bar or trusted shop, office...

Delivery by express courier is carried out exclusively on working days from Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 19.00 excluding holidays.

The courier will make two delivery attempts.
Once the first attempt has been made, in the event of the Customer's absence the courier will attempt delivery again the following working day.
In case of further absence, the courier will leave a notice of passage in the mailbox and the goods will return to the courier's warehouses.
The Customer can contact the courier or Trenditaly to define a further delivery attempt with the addition of any storage and/or redelivery costs or the Customer can collect the product directly from the courier's office where it is stored.

If it is impossible to communicate with the Customer, the product will return to the Trenditaly warehouses with consequent cancellation of the order and subsequent reimbursement of the purchase price according to the chosen payment method, with the exception of transport costs incurred which remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The costs of sending and returning the product, plus any additional storage and/or redelivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
